Measurement While Drilling, known as MWD, is an operation employed on drilling rigs and platforms to transfer data about downhole conditions and orientation in real-time. The high costs of operating drilling rigs and platforms do not permit interruption of the drilling operation and therefore real-time data collection is essential. The power supply to for the MWD tools cannot be compromised, so these parts are machined exactly to customers specifications and inspected in accordance to required standards.

We have a dedicated work cell for manufacturing the various end connectors required for different types of downhole battery connectors. Having a specialized cell for manufacturing these connectors allows us to streamline the process of producing these parts by reducing setup times and changeovers, resulting in lower end cost for our customers.
